Pease Construction renovated the historic military barracks at Fort Worden State Park, which is now used for college classrooms for Peninsula College.

The renovation included demoing the building down to its original rough-sawn framing, then added new framing and mechanical and electrical systems. The windows were replaced with historically correct windows.

The south side of the building the doors were replaced with historically correct doors and the north side of the doors were replaced with more modern doors and glass panes.

The exterior of the building, siding was replaced in areas and the entire building was painted.
