Pease Construction began operating as a small woman-owned business in 1984. Presently, operating as a large business, Pease Construction employs a core group of approximately 30 individuals, who collectively share many years of experience in a wide variety of areas. We are a family owned business that operates under the guidance of two principals, Patricia Candiotta, President, and Loren Pease, Vice President and General Manager. We have grown steadily throughout the years and contribute our growth and success to the personnel we employ. They are hardworking, team-oriented and highly motivated. We promote quality, honesty and forward-thinking in our employees and encourage them to take advantage of opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise through seminars and other educational curriculum. Our areas of expertise include military,commercial,industrial, renovation and design-build work.

Over our years in business, we have completed hundreds of projects for a variety of clients including the Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, the Air Force, several city, county and state agencies, and a variety of clients from the private sector.

Pease Construction's system of quality control covers all aspects of the construction operation. It is tied to the construction sequence and contains three phases of inspection: preparatory, initial and follow-up, for every work activity performed. In addition to being the system that is approved and utilized by the Corps of Engineers, it is the system that works for Pease Construction and has been adopted on all of our projects. Under this system, we have not only assured the Owner receives a quality project, but Pease Construction has also received the coveted Outstanding Performance Evaluations on many of our contracts with the Corps of Engineers.
Our overall project management system includes planning, scheduling, and controlling and directing of resources and our office and administrative capabilities are at the cutting edge of the construction industry. That coupled with our quality control system and regularly scheduled project meetings, results in turning over an on-schedule, quality project.

Our performance is strong in every respect, as evidenced by the numerous commendations received.
