OUR TEAM
We currently employ a team of approximately 30 people, who collectively share many years of experience in a wide variety of areas. They are hardworking, team oriented and highly motivated. We demand quality, honesty, and forward-thinking in our employees. Pease Construction encourages their employees to take advantage of opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise through seminars and other educational curriculum.

As a mid-sized construction company, Pease Construction primary focus is government projects. We have completed approximately 400 projects over the last 25 years, for municipalities, to include counties, cities and the federal government, as well as for the private sector. Areas in which we feel our expertise and greatest strenghts lie include military, commercial, industrial, historical renovation, renovation, and design-build work.
