Pease Construction, Inc was established in 1984 by Patricia Candiotta and Loren Pease. Our primary focus since our inception has been small business federal government projects and we have established ourselves in this respect. Over the last 27 years we have completed over 400 projects, ranging from multi-million dollar Army Training Centers, to historical renovations and small tenant improvement projects.
Our success relies partly on having a staff of innovative and hard working individuals with extensive knowledge of the industry. Our firm's success has been by hiring well and we are proud to say most of our employees have been working at PCI for more than 20 years.
